We want you to love your Hair Jungle products. Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

Exchanges are available in person at Hair Jungle for unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used haircare products are not eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Holiday Returns: Purchases made between December 1 and December 31 may be returned within 60 days of purchase. All other return conditions still apply.
