Orders are processed and shipped from Hair Jungle in Lake Forest, California. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.

Hair Jungle is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been shipped. If your package arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at Hello@HairJungle.com and we’ll be happy to help.
